Shipping Information
- Carrier: Orders are shipped from Sofia, Bulgaria via Speedy / DPD ground courier.
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Region: We currently ship to Continental EU only.
- Battery Regulations: Since the kit contains a Lithium-Polymer battery, we strictly use Ground Shipping. Delivery times to Western Europe typically take 5–7 business days.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
How to Cancel
To exercise this right, email us at support@stepsprite.com with your Order Number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide free return shipping labels for "change of mind" returns.
Refund Amount & Diminished Value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- Unopened/Unassembled: 100% Refund.
- Assembled/Used: If you have snapped the case together, removed adhesive backings, or soldered any components, the product is considered "used." We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the refund (up to 100%) to cover the loss in value, as the kit can no longer be sold as new.
Refund Timing
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
