StepSprite is a finished consumer product for personal step tracking.
- Ready to Use: The product arrives ready to pair and use.
- Intended Use: It is intended for personal step tracking during normal daily wear, including walking pad use and everyday walking.
- Not a Medical Device: StepSprite is not a medical device and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment of any condition.
3. Orders and Pricing
- Prices are listed in EUR and may include VAT (where applicable under EU OSS rules).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Territory: We currently ship to continental EU addresses only for the first batch.
- Method: Due to lithium battery regulations, all orders are shipped via Ground Transport (Road/Rail). Express Air shipping is not available.
- Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier subject to consumer protection laws.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law:
- Worbee Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsupported modifications, or use outside the product instructions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria.
