Quick facts
Section titled “Quick facts”- StepSprite is made for ankle or shoe wear, especially for walking-pad use while typing.
- The device keeps counting on its own and stores step history on-device for later sync.
- The iPhone app is foreground-first: open the app near your device when you want to sync.
- StepSprite writes steps to Apple Health by default when you enable Health access.
- Distance, calories, and workouts stay in the app unless you turn those Apple Health categories on.
