Preferences
Section titled “Preferences”This is where you manage:
- daily and weekly goals
- profile fields such as height, weight, and stride override
- connection mode
- charging mode
- appearance
The profile fields are optional. They improve distance and calorie estimates, but StepSprite still works without them.
Connections
Section titled “Connections”This section is for the device relationship itself.
You can:
- view the paired device
- open device details
- open Firmware Update
- change or forget the paired device
- reboot the device remotely when connected
- control Health access and Apple Health categories
General
Section titled “General”General settings cover:
- reminder notifications
- app language
- onboarding rerun
Language is controlled by iOS, so StepSprite sends you to iPhone Settings when you want to change it.
Support & About
Section titled “Support & About”This is where customers usually go when they need a human answer:
- send feedback
- open help and support
- review privacy information
- check the app version
The Debug area is mostly for support or advanced testing.
If StepSprite support asks you to check a counter, status, or sync detail, this is probably where they mean.
