Stats Tab

The Stats tab is the main “how am I doing?” screen.

  • Today’s Steps
  • This Week
  • This Month
  • Step History
  • Latest Workout

Stats tab overview

Add a full-screen screenshot showing Today’s Steps, the weekly card, and the chart area.

This is the best single screenshot for new customers after setup.

This is the quickest summary of what StepSprite has synced so far today.

Depending on your settings, you may also see:

  • estimated distance
  • estimated active calories

Those estimates are StepSprite’s own numbers inside the app, even if you do not write those categories into Apple Health.

The chart is there to answer two questions:

  • Did StepSprite actually capture my activity?
  • When did that activity happen?

You can change the chart range and aggregation to zoom in or out. If you have allowed Apple Health totals for charts, you can compare StepSprite data with Health data.

Chart settings and range controls

Add a screenshot of the chart settings sheet or controls for range, source, and aggregation.

Useful for anyone who wants to compare StepSprite and Apple Health totals.

The Stats tab shows the latest workout summary so you do not have to dig into the Workouts tab every time.

It is a summary card, not the full workout workflow.

That usually means one of three things:

  • you have not synced yet
  • your device is not nearby
  • you are looking at a period with no StepSprite data

Start with How Sync Works or History and Today Count.
